This spacious semi-detached 3 bedroomed house with front- and backyard is located near the centre and 7 minutes walk to the beach of Zandvoort aan Zee.
The living room with cosy sitting area is situated in the front side of the house. Through the traditional sliding doors you enter the dining room with large table overlooking the garden. From the dining room you reach through the hallway the kitchen, where you can cook superb meals.
On the first floor you find 2 bedrooms, one is very spacious. The bright bathroom with heated floors, sink, toilet, shower and bath are also on the first floor.
A slightly steep staircase leads to the second floor where you find a bed- and games room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The backyard is on the north but is nevertheless very sunny, and sand toys are available. On a summer evening you will be able to enjoy a barbecue here. The front garden to the south has a nice garden bench for a morning cup of coffee.
