Description
On an excellent location in the residential area in the South of Zandvoort South on less than 50 meters from one of the best kite spots in the world you find this unique villa. Through a small path, next to the villa, you reach the promenade, the beach and the sea in a few seconds,and it is about 7 minutes walking distance from the cosy centre of Zandvoort.
The villa is a private holiday home, please keep in mind when booking that the villa is traditional and not modernised. There is good heating and double glazing though. This charming old fashioned villa has its own charm. Through the back door you enter a hallway with a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. A few steps up and you reach the small basic kitchen with an outdated gas stove and oven.Through a small sliding window you look into the cosy living room from the seventies. The living room with wooden floor has a dining table with chairs and a sitting area with TV with a large selection of digital channels. From the lounge you have access to the south facing terrace. On the ground floor you will also find 3 bedrooms (more information under the tab features) and a dated bathroom with excellent shower and sink. A separate raised toilet is available. Next to the villa you will find a narrow driveway with the possibility to park 2 cars on private property.
This villa with spacious garden with wild grass, where you often see the deer graze and sleep, offers a magnificent view over the dunes of Zandvoort. Relax in the garden and when travelling with kids, they will have lots of fun as well out here.
