Description
*De Zeespiegel* has a very good central location, just a stoneā€s throw from the village centre and the beach of Zandvoort. The railway station, for a nice day out, is just one street away from the house. Would you rather travel by car? A private driveway for your car is available.
This modern and beautiful refinished corner house built around 1900, consists of two floors and is surrounded by front, rear and side gardens. The entrance is located on the ground floor. From the hall you enter the large and cosy living area with decorated high ceiling with mouldings.
At the front of the house you find a cosy light indoor loggia where you can enjoy a nice meal at the large dining table. The living room has two cosy sitting areas with a fireplace and flatscreen TV. In the modern kitchen with Portuguese style tiles, you will find a lot of luxury kitchen appliances, including an American refrigerator (more info under tab * features*). Through the hall on the top floor you reach the separate toilet and the fixed staircase to the basement. Here you find the 3 bedrooms with daylight. The master bedroom is only accessible through the bathroom, equipped with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room. Relax or play an outside game in the large garden with lovely sitting area.
